Aussie Design Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use without notice, and any modifications are effective when they are posted here. Aussie Design Solutions may, at any time, in its discretion, terminate your access to this website. Access to the website may be monitored by Aussie Design Solutions. If you are accessing this website as a representative of an organization, these Terms of Use bind both you individually and the organization, and references to "you" and "your" shall be construed to apply to you individually and the organization.

As a condition of your use of this website, you agree not to use the website or the information provided for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use. You will not use this website in any manner that could damage, disable, overload, or impair the operation of this website or use by third parties.

Certain restricted product information is available on this website only to licensed customers of Aussie Design Solutions registered to receive information via passwords issued by Aussie Design Solutions. Chargebacks / Cancellation Policy

If Aussie Design Solutions receives a chargeback or payment dispute (e.g., PayPal Dispute) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A $50 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, please contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund.

Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, your required designs must be unused and published at any website or anywhere over the internet.

In case of any dissatisfaction from any design services provided by Aussie Design Solutions, you can submit a refund request within five days of your initial designs completion. However, it shall be assumed between both parties that you are satisfied with your initial designs if a refund request is not received within five days of initial designs delivery. For any Special / Combo packages, a refund will be applicable the same as it is on the single packages. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase of our services.

All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:

• If request for refund is made before the order delivery, you would be eligible for Full Refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
• If request for refund is made within 48 hours of the initial design delivery, you would be eligible for 66% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
• If a request for a refund is made between 48- 120 hours of the initial design delivery, you would be eligible 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
• No refund request will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial design delivery, however since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction you`re encouraged to contact us in case of any concern.
• All refund requests should be communicated to the support department. Aussie Design Solutions, based on the violation of your user agreement reserves the right to approve/disapprove your request on an individual case to case basis.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@metatechsolutions.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges/Changes (if applicable)

We only replace designs if they are proven to be plagiarized from the internet. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at support@metatechsolutions.com.
